**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead your team on shift and set the tone by being hands-on in service—whether scooping gelato, plating desserts, or making coffees.
- Be the driving force behind creating “wow” moments for every guest, every time.
- Be the go-to coach for your team—train, inspire, and bring out the best in everyone.
- Work closely with the Venue Manager by communicating stock needs, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer feedback like a pro, ensuring every interaction leaves a smile.
- Support the Venue Manager in hitting sales targets and maintaining high standards across service and presentation.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment with some leadership responsibility.
- A genuine passion for people, great service, and creating a positive team culture.
- A hands-on attitude—you lead by doing, not just by directing.
- Strong POS, and waste management skills.
- Great communication skills and a natural problem-solver who loves making customers happy.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.12 - $37.35 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
