**Exciting Career Opportunity: Experienced Support Workers**

We are currently seeking an **experienced Mental Health Support Worker** who is confident supporting individuals with **challenging behaviours**. You’ll work in home and community settings, delivering safe, structured, and meaningful support to clients who may experience emotional dysregulation, aggression, or other complex behaviours.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires a strong sense of self, a calm approach, and an ability to respond thoughtfully under pressure.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Australia (required)
