**Position Overview**:
As the Full-Time Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Balwyn boutique. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a French-inspired fashion environment while contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**
- **Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.**
- **Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability.**

**Community Engagement**
- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.**
- **Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.**

**Brand Ambassadorship**
- **Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.**
- **Actively promote the boutique within the local community.**

**Customer Building**
- **Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalized service.**
- **Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.**
