JMS Hospitality is seeking a motivated and experienced Bottle Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our four retail stores. As a manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional, efficient and customer driven store with focus on strong leadership and excellent customer service.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Directing and leading team members and maintaining efficient staff levels
- All aspects of stock management including purchasing and receiving and weekly stock takes
- Rostering for all staff in the retail department and controlling wage costs
- Ensuring the store is fully compliant with all relevant legislation and within the Thirsty Camel guidelines
- Coordinating the ongoing cleanliness and maintenance of our liquor store areas
- Delivering and inspiring staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Driving sales and achieving budget expectations

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Hospitality or Bottle Shop environment
- Preferably prior experience with Thirsty Camel and proven experience with Liquor Management
- Strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits within the retail department
- Expertise in purchasing, supplier negotiating and stock management
- Experience with POS systems and optimizing retail operations
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Ability to drive sales, make improvements and follow budgets to maximize profit
