**About the Role**:
Curtin Sport and Recreation provides vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic programs and services to both internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a **Customer and Community Coordinator** to play a key role in enhancing customer experience, developing operational frameworks, and ensuring smooth venue access to our community.

**As the Customer and Community Coordinator, you will**:

- Assist the Manager, Operations in developing and maintaining front desk services, café operations, and community access
- Facilitate bookings process for all venue and playing field access
- Implement inclusive customer service frameworks that align with Curtin Stadium’s projects and sustainability goals
- Oversee the Customer Service Attendants, manage scheduling, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Review and develop policies for venue use, ensuring smooth booking processes for both internal and external stakeholders
- Work with the Manager, Operations to maintain and enhance software solutions for venue bookings

**Who we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably within a sport & recreation venue similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and lead a small team effectively

**Role Requirements**:As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
- Ideally, you will be First Aid trained or be willing to undertake First Aid training which will be provided by Curtin
