**Your role**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare, edit and manage correspondence and briefing papers for the Assistant Director-General, Finance, Procurement and Facilities and Chief Finance Officer, and the division in response to Ministerial, departmental, divisional and external requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and enhance effective and efficient relationships with the Office of the Assistant Director-General and teams within the branch, various groups and divisions within the department, Offices of the Minister, the Director General and the Deputy Director-General, senior departmental officers, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure briefing papers and correspondence are prepared in accordance with the department's Style Guide and Ministerial and Executive Services Guidelines.
- Provide high level quality executive, administrative, human resource, financial and operational services and advice to the Assistant Director-General, Finance, Procurement and Facilities and Chief Finance Officer.
- Research, prepare and gain appropriate approval for a range of branch communications including the distribution and coordination of branch newsletters, manuals and monitor the standard of the department's written communications.
- Plan and undertake communications activities through electronic and print media that contribute to the branch's media projects and tasks.
- Coordinate, review and assist with development of web content for the branch, ensuring that content and presentation comply with departmental standards and guidelines.
- Lead and provide professional direction, guidance, mentoring and assistance to officers within the Office of the Assistant Director-General team, ensure the ongoing development of staff and a high quality integrated service is provided to clients within a framework of continual improvement.
