**About the role**

As part of the Showroom team in Richmond, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

The hours this branch is looking for are either Tuesday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) and Saturday 8.30am - 4.00pm ongoing (flexible with hours) or a rotating roster (week 1 Monday to Saturday, week 2 Monday to Thursday only).

**Your day to day**

A typical day will involve:

- Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
- Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
- Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

**We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who**:

- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
- Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
