**Job Description**:
The role of the Food & Beverage Administrator is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration; communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to F&B guest queries ensuring accurate and timely response and provision of high-level customer service
- Maintain the Food & Beverage booking system for all F&B outlets ensuring the system is maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Support administration duties for F&B Management including but not limited to Calendar management, menu updates, team communications and updates to POS (and other) systems as needed
- Assist the F&B Manager with preparation of team rosters ensuring they are released and updated in line with company policy, award and legal requirements
- Assist with administration for the Department time and attendance system

Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B Administration office

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage environment and/or Talent & Culture and/or Administration function
- High standard of grooming
- High energy and passion for Food & Beverage
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to easily build rapport with internal and external guests
- A ‘quick thinker’ with excellent problem-solving skills
- A great team player, who proactively looks to assist where possible
- Strong administration skills with a planned and orgnaised approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Systems experience in Micros, ResDiary and Opera PMS
