- Work in our newly opened Construction and Utility workshop**The Opportunity**:
Make a difference as a Leading Hand that is passionate about their craft and become part of our growing team in our newly opened Construction and Utility PDI Workshop.

With machines spanning construction, utility and quarry equipment with mining specs, you'll take the lead in coordinating our skilled Technicians as you oversee each build's end-to-end construction.

You will play a crucial role in evaluating work practices, identifying areas for improvement, and spearheading initiatives that enhance safety and efficiency.

**Role Located**: Welshpool, WA

**Annualised Wages**:$159,000 + Super, weekly pay cycle

**Roster**: 7 days, 7 off, 12 hour shifts

**What we are looking for**:

- A recognised trade qualification
- Holistic understanding of machine assembly, including familiarity with other trades tasks and responsibilities
- Familiarity with Komatsu machines preferred
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computer tools, especially in MS Office and inventory management systems
- An uncompromising approach to safety
