Replenishment Picker Vic

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute replenishment activities in the warehouse, including restocking merchandise in a timely manner.
- Ensure correct stock rotation practices are followed, minimizing waste and maintaining product freshness.
- Maintain accuracy in the replenishment process, verifying stock quantities and addressing any discrepancies.
- Record items requiring replacement, utilizing written documentation or Handheld Terminal (HHT) devices.
- Load trolleys or cages with merchandise from the warehouse or stockroom, preparing them for transfer to the retail selling area.
- Neatly stack shelves and display areas to create an organized and visually appealing presentation.
- Implement proper stock rotation procedures, placing products with the earliest sell-by dates at the front.
- Regularly pull stock forward to the front of shelves, ensuring a well-stocked and attractive selling area.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High Reach license
- Previous experience in stock replenishment or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in stock replenishment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Handheld Terminal (HHT) devices or willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects as required.
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $34.82 per hour
