**THE OPPORTUNITY**

During this time of growth, we are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our close knit and high performing finance team. In essence, this role exists to deliver strategic planning and forecasting for CA and to provide detailed and intuitive analysis on existing and ad-hoc reporting streams. You will partner with the broader finance team and other corporate teams across CA.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Support the end-to-end annual budget cycle, including planning, analysis & modelling, as well as assist with the preparation of the periodic reforecasts with rolling predefined responsibilities for each iteration.
- Co-ownership & development of Camp Australia’s financial models, including the GM & OPEX models, the 5-year financial plan, cash flow model.
- Proactively identify risks & opportunities across the entire business, provide rectification suggestions when applicable.
- Creation and delivery of a 3-way reporting model to meet the needs of the business and streamline reporting to shareholder group.
- Engagement with key business stakeholders to better understand their business functions, non-financial drivers & their current vision to accurately convey their CA financial footprint.
- Create & provide predictive analytics & commentary to help support base-line assumptions and scenario planning.
- Assist with the preparation of the Monthly Board report: analysis, commentary & query clarifications.
- Driving GM gap to forecast analysis & provide support to the Financial Control team on all gap to forecast items, taking ownership of the larger variance items as required.

**ABOUT YOU**

This position would suit an ambitious CPA/CA professional with strong financial modelling skills looking for their next challenge in their career and the opportunity to influence and drive change across the FP&A space & the wider business.

Our wishlist includes:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance and/or Accounting
- CPA/CA qualification preferred but not essential.
- 5+ years’ experience in a financial planning or commercial finance role
- Advanced Excel financial analysis and modelling skills
- Intermediate/advanced PowerPoint experience
- Experience working in a service based business
