**What You'll Do**:
As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Inspect, maintain and service repairs on lifting equipment and accessories on customer premises across Victoria including working on offshore platforms
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare written/digital reports to customers and company records
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
