**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualification / degree in relevant field i.e. Buying
- Demonstrated experience working with production, trends and buying teams to achieve strategy vision
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and lead a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
- Confidence in your analytical skills to make high-impact decisions regarding your category
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
- Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
