**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

Due to the ongoing business growth and momentum, we are now looking for an additional Senior Payroll Officer in our HQ based in Waterloo.

Reporting to the Payroll & Team Experience Operations Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that our payroll processing runs smoothly across our 7 business entities as well as provide support and guidance to the broader business with retail awards and payroll legislation.

**What your day-to-day will look like**
- End-to-end payroll processing, including terminations, month-end reporting, etc
- Deliver monthly reporting, reconciliations, and payments for Payroll Tax, Superannuations
- Setting up and maintaining new starters
- Continually review legislation and ensure system and company compliance
- Maintaining leave entitlements
- NZ Payroll processing
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of the Kronos T&A system - Kronos knowledge essential

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

You are a Senior Payroll Professional with 5+ years of experience, you have a keen eye for detail with a proven ability to meet relevant deadlines through excellent time management and organisational skills. You will also possess:

- Kronos Knowledge is a mandatory requirement for the role
- Award (Retail and/or Restaurant) knowledge desirable
- Prior experience within a company with multiple entities will be advantageous
- A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
