Tow Truck Operator Trainee

**Who we are**
Nationwide Towing & Transport is a part of Nationwide Group, the largest provider of emergency roadside assistance and specialist towing and transport solutions in Australia. We are a trusted partner of government bodies, law enforcement and road authorities, major national and international corporations, and Australian automotive clubs.

**About the role**
We take great pride in the success of our operators, and we ensure they are provided the support needed to excel in the industry. Therefore, NWG is implementing a pathway to TTO - a 3 month paid traineeship program, where the trainee will be trained in all aspects of towing and transport.
This structured 3-month traineeship will include:

- An hourly rate of pay of $22
- Observing experienced TTO’s on the job
- Classroom style training sessions
- On the road training sessions with qualified and experienced trainers
- All licences paid for, including forklift, Heavy rigid truck licence,
- Business skills training

**Skills & experience**
To be eligible for one of these amazing opportunities, you will have:

- A full car licence with no demerit points in the past 12 months
- Willingness to commit to the 3-month training schedule
- Some geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs
- Some customer service experience will be favourably regarded
- Safety focused
