To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
- Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
- Promote and advocate good health and treat every child’s health as a top priority

**Qualifications required**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Employee Working with Children Check

**About the centre**

YMCA Taylors Hill Early Learning Centre is located in Taylors Hill which is close to Caroline Springs, Hillside and Sydenham. We are next door to Taylors Hill Primary School where the Y also runs an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
