This is an exciting role in the HUB24 Technology team where you will work closely with Product, Technical and Project Management to engage with external financial institutions to understand their data storage, format and needs as part of the “Onboarding” function of HUBconnect Licensee.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine mechanisms for ingesting and transforming their structured data into HUBconnect Licensee
- Provide support and training for customers and internal stakeholders
- Determine mechanisms for ingesting their unstructured data into HALISOK
- Be accountable for ensuring the work is completed as required end to end (including scoping, development, testing and deployment)
- Manage change requests with clients, internal and external
- Engage with Product Managers, End Users and Subject Matter Experts to identify, develop, document, validate and gain endorsement for the requirements for upcoming Epics and Features
- Work with Product and Technical staff as needed and materialising findings into technical stories with associated acceptance criteria
- Be an advocate for the Product Manager and the End Customer.
- Anticipate and remove any blockers/impediments to the delivery of work outcomes. Work to optimise the flow of work to ‘Done’.
- Highlight project risks, including risks to delivery time and budget to the Product Owner and/or Product Manager at the earliest opportunity.
- Liaise with staff, supervisors, and senior IT management as well as internal and external clients.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the Data Analysis Approach.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or applicable industry experience in lieu of this.
- Relevant experience and/or education/training in data analysis skills and competencies including an understanding of ETL, data mapping and querying data
- Demonstrated ability to undertake analysis within an Agile environment with experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
- Experience with relevant tools and techniques such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Wireframing, BPMN and UML is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services domain including portfolio accounting and reporting, market data, the investment universe and the financial advice process is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver training and support.
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders to resolve complex problems efficiently.
