Nanny/ House Manager

**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- We are a busy family, who live in Fig Tree Pocket. We have 2 boys aged (8 and 11 years) and are looking for someone to engage them during the school holidays - to organise and participate in activities with them and keep them in a structured and relatively busy routine. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with children and engaging them in a wide variety of activities, whether it be: board games, craft, sport, puzzles, baking/ cooking etc. As much as possible, we would like to keep them off screens/ devices etc during the school holidays, but also accept that this will certainly be a balancing act We are looking for a patient, flexible nanny - who is excellent at conflict resolution and problem solving with school-aged children. Depending on your circumstances and suitability, there is certainly potential for this position to continue into the new year and long term.

**Your Duties**:

- Engage 2 boys (8 and 11 years) in a variety of activities and develop their interests.

- Ideally, the right person for this role would possess some of the qualities below:

- Previous experience in this type of role
- willingness to learn, a fast learner and the ability to adapt to different environments and changes
- lots of common sense and intuition
- high level of organisational skills and professionalism
- some flexibility with days/ times and hours
- preferably (but not essential): qualifications related to childcare, education or administration
- pet-friendly: as we have two outdoor dogs Fun-loving, bright, bubbly Enjoys a wide variety of different interests, hobbies and activities Creative and engaging
