**About the role**

The Delivery Owner is responsible for end-to-end delivery of one or more initiatives (Transformation, BAU and/or Compliance) of varying levels of complexity within their respective practice. Delivery of initiatives may require interaction across a variety of Practices. Flexibility is key to this role, as you may be coordinating a large, complex enterprise-level initiative across one or more Practices to supporting a smaller initiative requiring integration with other activities outside the Practice.

To deliver value we collaborate with external partners to leverage their experience and accelerate our ability to deliver. This organisation transformation is aligned with our focus on simplifying our business, systems and processes to improve the experience of our people and customers.

**As a Delivery Owner you'll get to...**
- Ensure Initiatives progress through a common assessment process to prioritise
- against value, customer and people impacts, mandatory requirements, and
- alignment to transformation roadmap
- Working out how to best leverage and scale our way of working to fit in with program deliverables that have scope and time frames
- Aligning delivery work to complete in accordance with the Release schedule.
- Report any concerns, loss events or incidents of non-compliance to your Risk Specialist /Line Manager

**About you**
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using tools such as Agile Project Management, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Outcome driven, with a persistent focus on leveraging technology to drive customer and business value
