- Stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise communication material
- User management and training experience for an IT system - ie, overseeing a user registration and training process for a geospatially enable workforce planning tool
- Experience writing for government
- the ability to develop policies and procedures for managing users
- the ability to manage staff
