**About the position**

The Commercial Property Coordinator maintains Council’s commercial portfolio, including growing the portfolio investment return and lease management under the direction of the Manager Property & Building Services and in accordance with Council’s capability framework, values, and business objectives.

**About you**
- Tertiary Qualifications (Degree) in Business or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience.
- NSW Real estate agent licence (desirable)
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the Position Description)
- Demonstrated Advanced level key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the Position Description)

**We offer**
- Permanent full time, 35 hours per week
- Salary from $90,633 to $101,793 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
