As a BDR, you will be the backbone of our sales process and responsible for establishing customer relationships and strategically developing and providing motivated leads to our sales team. You’ll be working closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop targeted strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, tenacious and energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building. The BDR position provides an exciting career opportunity and provides you with lots of opportunity to grow and advance within the company. If you’re a self-starter and interested in starting a career in tech sales, we’d love to chat. Reporting into the Director of APAC Sales, you will be instrumental in defining, testing, and growing the business development engine that quickly and easily scales with our breakneck growth.

**We are open to applicants within the following regions: Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam**

**What you will do**:

- Understand and deliver portfolio product value propositions and present the value of our solution to meet individual customer needs.
- Generate sales pipeline and accurately capture and qualify leads through effectively identifying prospect pains and product fit.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create a fair and accurate pipeline, schedule qualified meetings and opportunity follow ups ensuring attendance and engagement.
- Prioritize and plan prospect tasks and outreach strategy.
- Engage in high level product conversations with senior executives and other stakeholders within prospect accounts.
- Establish relationships with potential customers and positively represent Fiix,Rockwell and our products.
- Ensure accurate and up to date customer interactions are captured in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Participate and collaborate on projects to increase overall team efficiency.
- Enable the Rockwell sales team and distribution network to bring our portfolio of solutions to market to drive revenue growth - including working both strategically with RA sellers and distributors and tactically managing the execution
- Tailor enablement resources to the territory, vertical and customer specific needs of Rockwell sellers and distributors and account teams.
- Formulate business strategies and plans to grow overall sales and market share
- Coordinate activities and resource utilization with others in the sales organization

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related is preferred
- Interest in pursuing a career in tech sales within a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to be highly flexible and adapt to evolving organizational dynamics driven by the rapid growth Fiix.
- Proactive and goal oriented with the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to generate sales leads and meet and exceed monthly objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
