Kewba Pools is an independent family-owned business located in Erina Heights on the Central Coast NSW. We are a retail shop that provides pool servicing and maintenance.

We have the opportunity for a **Full-time Pool Shop Manager **and **Opportunity to obtain equity** for the right applicant that joins our growing business. We have a loyal customer base who regularly visit us for pool water testing, new equipment sales & service. Customers enjoy coming into our shop to receive friendly reliable service and advice.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting customers with their in-store and over phone pool enquiries
- Complete water tests on pool and spa samples, provide customers with advice on how to maintain a healthy pool
- Advise customers on selection of correct pool equipment
- Corresponding with staff and customers to co-ordinate onsite service schedules
- Managing inventory
- Ordering stock for shop and mobile Technicians
- Managing staff and rosters
- Working autonomously & together with other team members to maintain a well-organized shop

Qualifications & experience
- Preferably applicant would have experience in the Pool Industry
- Product knowledge and water chemistry
- Help customers troubleshoot pool and equipment problems
- Must be very well organised
- Must be able to work productively as part of a team and also autonomously
- Must have a high level of computer literacy. Knowledge of POS and MYOB advantageous
- Must be able to multi-task while prioritising work by order of importance
- Physical fitness to carry goods up to 20kg

Probation period is 6 months

**Salary**: $58,270.38 - $102,590.15 per year
