Reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral part of the team & will ensure the delivery of customer focused service & meeting service level expectations. As part of the customer team, you will work closely sales & operation teams to ensure smooth communication & understanding of customer requirements. Utilizing your many talents & skills, your primary responsibility will include but not limited to;
- Troubleshooting & solving customer concerns about product, pricing & availability
- Creating & maintaining customer orders
- Processing credit notes
- Handling returns & verifying pricing / discounts
- Building rapport with internal & external stakeholders

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SEFTON, NSW 2162: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Do you have proficient typing skills & experience in Microsoft office suite ?
- Do you have experience using ERP software ?

- Are you self driven, positive attitude & works with integrity ?

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Internal sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Other languages an advantage (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
