As a consignment Manager at Egans, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and management of commercial furniture consignments alongside a well-established operations team. The work requires effective ability to audit furniture including functionality and condition assessments before compiling the information in programs such as Excel to be transferred into our system. This roll enables our large-scale Furniture, Fittings and Equipment management program and is an exciting opportunity to make a real contribution to circular asset management across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Audit furniture consignments into an asset inventory.
- Manage outcomes for inventory assets.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure consistent presentability of inventories across the business.
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inventory management or consignment management. (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software such as Microsoft Office Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: From $30.06 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
