Immediate Start: Software Engineer

Our client, Virtuoso Technologies and Consulting, is an Information Technology (IT) consulting firm with SEI-CMM Level-5 and ISO 9001 certifications. Located in Sydney, New South Wales, they specialise in sustainable solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology to help enterprises improve efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.

They are seeking skilled Software Engineers to join their team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of innovative software solutions, working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

The annual salary for this position is $76,600 to $80,000 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities include:

• Apply expertise in FICO enterprise structure, document compliance, profit centre accounting, material ledger, and manufacturing processes, including make-to-order (MTO), make-to-stock (MTS), and controlling-profitability analysis (COPA).

• Utilise knowledge in bank communication management (BCM) and sales and distribution design, with additional proficiency in asset performance management (APM), conversions, public cloud implementation, and global tax localisations.

• Specialise in classic and S4 HANA planning functionalities, ensuring integration with MM, SD, and PP for manufacturing projects.

• Demonstrate expertise in sales and stock management, while driving effective sales planning supported by SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Manage royalties, rebate processing, sales order management with customer down payments, billing plans, and revenue recognition (FICO integration), while leveraging familiarity with billing and revenue innovation management (BRIM).

• Oversee advanced credit management (FICO integration), service sales, sales contract management, customer consignments, returns for non-stock and service materials, and debit/credit memo processing.

• Lead full-cycle sales and distribution, including enterprise structure design, cross-industry workshop facilitation, and propose streamlined processes aligned with business requirements.

• Design enterprise structures, conduct cross-industry workshops, and implement efficient business processes, with a focus on MM-FICO-SD integration in revenue-intensive sectors.

• Execute advanced intracompany sales, intercompany stock transfers, and returns management, while applying expertise in public cloud technologies.

• Deliver SAP Logistics solutions with S/4HANA certification, specialising in MM, LE/WM, EWM, SD, and PP, and optimise Cloud Logistics LOBs and end-to-end processes.

• Implement SAP technologies, including SAP PI/PO, ALE, EDI, RFCs, SAP Workflows, and SAP Cloud Integration Suite.

• Apply project management methodologies (ASAP and Agile), lead testing phases, and utilise migration tools for S/4HANA cloud implementations.

• Provide expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, NetWeaver architecture, and related solutions, while demonstrating proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Cloud (Rise), Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP UI5 Fiori, and ABAP.

• Apply knowledge of SuccessFactors solutions for HR and Talent modules, while managing the RICEFW Program life cycle and integrations.

• Perform SAP installation and configuration, develop SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) solutions, HANA CVs/Procedures, Adobe Forms, Workflows, OOABAP, and ABAP on HANA, ensuring best practices and optimised delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a related information technology field (such as Software Engineering, Software Development or Computer Science).

• Should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience, and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
