**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**

We're looking for a passionate retail leader who brings 2**+ years of retail management experience** with proven leadership skills with a strong ability to coach and develop team members. You will excel in driving sales and business growth with your Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities. You will have a keen interest in the beauty industry which will be evident in your interactions with customers.

Previous beauty industry experience is a plus, but your leadership abilities and willingness to learn are most important.

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
