**About you**
- Be comfortable in a customer-centric, highly measured environment and be excited by the idea of achieving both individual and team KPIs - you will feel comfortable coaching team members in these areas
- Have a desire to progress into a store management position, whilst creating and maintaining meaningful connections with both customers and team members
- Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
- A desire to discover customer’s stories; creating a premium in-store experience by showcasing our product personalised to their desires or occasion
- Create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rostered basis
