Pritchard’s Hotel is located on the busy street of Elizabeth Drive in the Sydney suburb of Mt Pritchard. The hotel was opened on 20 November 1968 and was first known as the Stop and Rest Hotel. It was renamed Pritchard’s Hotel on 17 October 1999. Pritchard’s Hotel is the perfect place for our Guests to celebrate a special occasion. The venue boasts bar, dining, gaming and wagering offerings along with onsite accomodation. Become part of the team that manages this all in one venue

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at Pritchards Hotel

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Venue - open/close, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your initiatives

**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience in achieving financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA & RCG qualifications
