**The Company**

This well-established manufacturer of fresh bread and bakery products for retail (supermarkets), restaurants and catering, is growing and needs a number of new Lead Process Workers to assist with growing demand and a new shift.

**The Role**

The Ovens Lead is responsible for the operation of the Baking Areas of the factory, oversight of OHS and food safety (HACCP knowledge highly desirable) in your area, ensuring full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards and to ensure that all baked products are in accordance with specification, and that the finished product is within specification.
- Oversight of Safety
- Compliance with hygiene/food safety standards
- Ensuring full compliance with process and specification
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities in production and escalate to Shift Manager
- Manage the activitylevels for your Shift and report to your Supervisor
