We are a WA owned and operated company specialising in instrumentation, electrical and control engineering services provided to several clients Australia wide. We assist with electrical and control system design, project management, programming, diagnostics, and repairs.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will:

- Manage existing clients.
- Develop and uncover new business opportunities.
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Customer orientated professional.
- Driven to grow business with an array of products.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Managing and retaining relationship with existing customers.
- Develop and uncover new business opportunities.
- Searching and identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and service - or new ways of reaching existing customers.
- Increasing client base, develop growth strategies and plans.
- Experience in direct sales in a technical Industry (desirable but not essential)

**Qualifications and Experience**
- At least 3 years industrial sales experience
- Engineering or trade background - Electrical/Instrumentation (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrate knowledge of the industrial markets and products
- Have the ability to work autonomously in a proactive manner.
- Must have a current Australian Driver’s License
- Must have the right to work in Australia

Enthusiastic individuals that can think outside the box when it comes to problem solving, have a mature attitude, work well with others and be able to adapt to changing priorities will have the edge over other applicants.

This is a full-time position with base salary and excellent incentives

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cockburn, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
