**Cyber Security Analyst**

We are a wholly Australian owned and operated ICT and Telecom networks specialist delivery business. Dipole operates locally, regionally, and internationally. Our capabilities span across Telecommunications, Finance, Insurance, health, Public Services, Print / Digital Media, Broadcast and Supply Chain.

**The Role**

**Essential skills & Experience**:

- Protect the company's cyber security infrastructure, performing threat intelligence and analysis, managing risks and incidents, and leading security-related investigations.
- Conduct PCI DSS and NIST assessments to evaluate the current security landscape.
- Involve in various tasks including incident response, malware analysis, and document results of cyber threat assessments.
- Execute Security Operations Centre duties,
- Implement and oversee data security measures using the Microsoft O365 E5 Security module,
- Provide guidance on the deployment of new technologies and Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Assist auditors and compliance teams.
- Exemplary communication skills with appetite for change and transformation.
- Possess strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail and has excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills.
- Communicate and co-ordinate people across geographies and among multiple teams to handle team across offshore and onshore.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval.
- Problem solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.
- Exceptional Time management skill with an ability to prioritize and plan work effectively.
- Strong team member, collaborator, and self-starter.

- Higher education qualifications in Information/Cyber Security, Computer Forensics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Over 3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Incident Response, or a comparable role,
- Proven experience with cyber security risks, mitigation techniques, conducting PCI DSS and NIST assessments.
- Strong decision-making skills,
- Thorough understanding of security architectures and technologies,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Certifications like CISSP are advantageous.
