About the role
As the Financial Investigation Officer you will be responsible for assisting management, employees and members by providing the highest standard of administrative support to mitigate losses that may arise from fraudulent activity on cards and other banking channels.
This is a full time position based on a minimum 38 hour working week.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in investigation and dealing with unauthorized claims and/or fraud matters within a financial institution
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to adapt positively to change
