**Key Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of PERTH R-Codes & NCC.
- Proficient in the use of Archicad.
- 3 + years experience in a design role working within the residential building market.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work along and lias with council
- Sound building and construction knowledge
- Sound knowledge of R Codes & BCA
- A positive can do attitude with a passion for design.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as individually.

MUST have knowledge of Perth R-codes and be a WA resident for consideration.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
