Architectural Draftsperson

We have a unique opportunity for a Draftsperson that is passionate about quality design, to join our dynamic company with a supportive culture. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects ranging from single and double storey custom designed homes, residential developments and small to medium commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation including relevant construction details and checking for developer and regulation requirements
• Assisting and preparation of sketch concepts and construction drawings for new projects
• Update drawings with variations as per client requests whilst ensuring they meet standards
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders

In order to be considered for the role you must have;

• At least 3 years' experience in single and double storey housing
• Proficient in ArchiCAD
• Experience in Lumion an advantage
• Professional, and able to liaise with clients, councils and relevant building consultants;
• Sound knowledge of the NCC, R-codes, and all town planning requirements and production of working drawings;
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet required timeframes;
• Strong attention to detail, and must be able to work both solo, and in a team environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
