About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Calvary Riverina team in the learning and development position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and facilitating training programs for both the clinical and corporate services at Calvary Riverina Hospital.
**Your main duties will include**:
Conducting training needs assessments for clinical and corporate employees
Maintain training records through the Learning Management system
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
**About you**:
Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
Certificate 4 Workplace Training and Assessment or enrolled and working towards
Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards same or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years post graduate experience clinical nursing
Demonstrated experience in education at department level
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary issues in workforce training and education
High level collaboration skills, including the demonstrated ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
