**Description**:
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Corporate Actions (PARS) team. Reporting into the Corporate Actions Manager and working closely with one other Corporate Actions specialist you will be responsible for providing our clients with Corporate Action services within an MDA and Non MDA (Non-Custody) reporting service offering. You will also provide Client Services & Investment Administration support to our HUB24 Custodial Services Operation and IDPS & Super Product.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Brokers, Clearing and Settlement Participants & MDA Operators
- Daily reconciliation of cash records, positions and trades with MDA Operator
- Manage the processing of Corporate Actions (Listed Securities & International Securities)
- Monitor Corporate Action events & announcements
- Bulk transaction processing
- Monitor & process Corporate Action events including dividends, income, distributions, reconstructions, buybacks, share splits, rights etc and be able to determine the correct tax treatment
- Monitor Corporate Action announcements and tax rulings to identify changes in system requirements & enhancements
- Identification, escalation and resolution of corporate action issues with particular emphasis on time critical and complex issues and managing custodian deadlines
- Ensuring timely delivery of various reporting requirements to MDA Operator and Clients
- Updating administration system relating to investment trades, corporate actions, international corporate actions, income receipts and cash movements
- Preparation of periodic reports to MDA Operator and Clients
- Compliance monitoring and reporting
- Support Investment Administration Team
- Assist with DTR activities and related administrational duties
- Assist with the administration of international tax forms
- Document procedures and establish internal controls

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 2-5 Years corporate actions processing experience
- Knowledge on Australian securities, Administration of Portfolio re balances in IPS, domestic and international trading execution and settlements.
- IRESS products and services experience and familiar with IRESS IPS
- Knowledge of Compliance monitoring framework (IPS)
- Portfolio administration experience and familiar with MDA operations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management skills, self-motivated and results orientated
- Client focused
- Proven service excellence
- MS Excel
- Intermediate/ advanced skills
