**Entry-Level Cabinetry Draftsperson - Training Pathway Role**

**What You’ll Learn to Do**

With guided experience from our experienced design and production team, you’ll be supported to:

- Prepare detailed cabinetry plans using CAD & 3D modelling software (Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, SketchUp & Enscape).
- Develop a strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods for drawing.
- Learn to interpret client briefs, designs and specifications.
- Support the development of new construction methods with our cabinet makers.
- Produce CNC cutting lists and material specification lists for production.
- Contribute to collaborative team meetings with designers, machine operators, cabinet makers, and installers.
- Develop a strong understanding of industry standards, joinery principles and safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**

While formal qualifications aren’t essential, we’re looking for someone who brings:

- A strong interest in design - drafting, cabinetry and or interior spaces.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- A great attitude, reliability, and eagerness to grow in a supportive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cabinetry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
