The objective of the ICT Support Officer is to maintain desktop and site-based network equipment and to provide a reliable computing environment for business operations in line with site requirements and objectives as set by Management.

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Analyst to join our IT department at our Head Office in Nambour. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Provide first level support to MacKellar Group users.
- Maintain and update documentation of helpdesk procedures
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; assisting with equipment roll-outs and manual handling of equipment.
- Monitor Helpdesk ticket logging system ensuring incidents and requests are acknowledged in a timely manner with validation steps
- Support IT's On-Call weekend roster to provide service to remote site during business hours, attractive compensation offered in addition to salary for this.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Helpdesk experience, MSP highly desirable
- Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience
- Microsoft certification
- High attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
