Are you an experienced finance leader looking to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A function and partner with senior executives to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project forecasting and financial reporting in line with GAAP and SOP 81.1.
- Manage a high-performing team of financial analysts and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Deliver rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and insightful financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Executive General Managers, Compliance, and Corporate Finance teams.
- Evaluate capital projects, support funding decisions, and maintain banking relationships.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in a senior FP&A or finance leadership role.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to lead and influence.
