**The opportunity**: The Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery, execution and achieving outcomes of the marketing strategy for the designated services and enabling portfolios as agreed by the Head of Marketing.

This role reports into the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the marketing and communications team and wider organisation to accelerate HammondCare’s goal to shape the sector and reach those in need whose lives would be improved by our care services.

The Marketing team consists of marketing, communications, events and digital specialists, plus an in-house studio with design and content creators.

**Who you are?**:

- A passionate and highly competent marketer with more than 10 years’ experience in developing, implementing and measuring marketing projects/activities/campaigns that achieve business objectives and targeted results that demonstrate ROI
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to understand data from multiple sources, conclude insights and make recommendations to improve future marketing activities
- Exceptional interpersonal and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in developing comprehensive briefs, planning documents and reports
- Experienced in managing agency partners
- High calibre interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
- Understanding of improving customer experience in a multi-channel environment
- Proven digital marketing and content marketing experience
- Proven strategic thinking and planning capabilities
