About the Role
As a designer with ANZ Plus, your mission is to craft our growing design system and champion it across the organisation. You’ll be transforming the way we work by designing best in class resources that help teams deliver next level experiences for our customers.
We’re looking for talented designers who are wanting to build a career and hone their craft as a designer within our customer centric organisation. You’ll work alongside passionate designers across many design disciplines including, UX, UI, service design, design systems, branding and creatives.

What could your day look like?
Working collaboratively in a world class design team, you'll have the opportunity to stamp your mark on our next generation customer experience across a range of touch points.
Creating and maintaining a comprehensive library of design components in Figma for our multi-platform design system
Collaborating directly with our large engineering cohort to closely align designs with code and bring them to life
Guiding design efforts across the bank by driving adoption and championing best-practice techniques
Working with designers directly to navigate real pain-points and build meaningful improvements into the system
A learning and growth tour of duty, as we collectively navigate the breadth and depth of design challenges across ANZ Plus products
And best yet, you’ll be directly responsible for shaping the future of ANZ by designing the outcomes that solve difficult customer problems.
What's in your toolkit?
Experience with building or maintaining design systems using Figma
A portfolio that showcases design systems you have contributed to
High level of craft with an exceptional eye for detail and passion for solving complex design problems
Exceptional at using Figma to deliver robust components that leverage auto-layout, variables and variants
Proficient in designing for web with the technical understanding to support these experiences across different breakpoints, devices and platforms
Willingness to push the boundary designing hi-fidelity screens, mock-ups, prototypes, wireframes and interactions using Figma
Proven ability to collaborate, solve complex problems and support E2E design initiatives in pair with engineering and product partners
Ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships
Passion, clear communication and ability to foster an energetic, vibrant team culture with your willingness to push the boundary and try new thing in a candid, supportive environment.
