**Your new role**:
Post-implementation, you’ll be the go-to person for user support and the technical components of the systems, helping to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

**Your skills and experience**:
You will also bring with you:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Community Services, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn systems and business processes, and effectively support and train users.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HCM systems, with experience in system implementation, business analysis, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities independently, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
