**The Role**

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented **Casual Cleaners** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in high-quality cleaning, enjoy flexible shifts, and want to work with a trusted company that respects and values its staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Residential Cleaning**: Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitising kitchens & bathrooms, general tidying, and maintaining high presentation standards.
- **Airbnb/Short-Stay Cleaning**: Quick turnovers, changing linens, restocking amenities, sanitising high-touch surfaces, and ensuring the property is guest-ready.
- **Commercial Cleaning**: Cleaning offices and workspaces — wiping down desks, sanitising surfaces, vacuuming/mopping, and maintaining common areas.
- **End-of-Lease Cleaning**: Deep cleaning to handover standard, including inside appliances, walls, skirting, blinds, and bathrooms.
- **Carpet Cleaning**: Operating carpet cleaning equipment, stain removal, and ensuring carpets are fresh and hygienic.
- **Pressure Washing**: Using pressure washers safely on outdoor areas (driveways, patios, shopfronts, exteriors).

**Daily Activities**
- Arrive on time, ready, and professional.
- Follow job-specific checklists to ensure high standards.
- Communicate with clients and report issues promptly.
- Handle equipment and products responsibly (all provided by us).
- Uphold Fresh and Bright Cleaning’s reputation for **value and customer care**.

**What We Offer**
- **Competitive Pay**:$28-$32 per hour** (depending on experience and service type). Specialised cleans (e.g., carpets, pressure washing, end-of-lease) can earn higher rates.
