**Professional Home Cleaning Specialist**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver top-quality residential cleaning, ensuring every space is spotless and inviting.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, making them feel valued and ensuring they rebook services.
- Recognize upselling opportunities, offering additional services that benefit the client and the business.
- Follow up on new client inquiries and referrals, converting leads into scheduled bookings.
- Ensure consistent service quality and be the point of contact for client concerns or special requests.
- Work with efficiency and precision, maintaining a high standard while managing time effectively.

**What We Offer: Performance-Based Pay & Commission**
- Base pay: $27 per hour, based on experience and performance.
- Performance bonus: Increase to $30 per hour after 3-6 months of consistent high-quality work and client retention.
- Commission on leads: Earn $50 for every new client you bring on who signs a 12-month contract.
- Bonus of $100 per client who stay for the full 12-months.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
