**Restaurant Team Leader (Breakfast) Part-Time | Mercure Gold Coast Resort**

Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast. Overlooking the Oasis pool and the ninth hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, _The Green Dining_ restaurant and bar welcomes our guests.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Services Manager, we are on the search for a Team Leader to assist the Food & Beverage leadership team in running the Restaurant’s breakfast service.

**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Assisting and working with the Food & Beverage management team to ensure customer expectations are met in all formats of the operation.
- Effectively dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
- Working across _The Green Dining_ and bar during our breakfast service
- Assisting in training and nurturing new additions to the Food & Beverage team.
- Assisting in promoting a positive working culture within the Food & Beverage team.

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation
- You show the energy, drive, and a positive attitude that will be contagious to your food and all your colleagues
- Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
