**Remuneration**: $98,478 - $104,165 per annum + 12% Superannuation

The Learning, Excellence and Innovation Academy is seeking an **Aboriginal Facilitator of Learning** to join their team at the Keswick office on a full-time term basis.

**The role is responsible for**:

- Supporting the cultural development of staff by delivering learning programs that promote culturally appropriate workplace practices.
- Facilitating the development of performance indicators, competency evaluations, and workplace assessments.
- Providing professional leadership in community and client services through practice development programs.
- Maintaining compliance with workplace and relevant legislation in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Contributing to improvement processes by gathering client feedback and advocating for positive change.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and improve communication effectiveness.
- Experience sourcing, verifying, and analysing information to develop solutions and explore alternative actions.
- Expertise in designing and promoting learning projects that incorporate culturally relevant content while meeting budget and timeline requirements.
- Proficiency in using online learning tools, the intranet, and other technology resources while adapting to system changes and technological advancements.
