**About Us**:
Baivina Jewellers is a premium Australian fine jewellery brand, specialising in custom-made, handcrafted pieces designed with love. We pride ourselves on delivering meaningful, personal experiences to every client—from engagement rings to heirloom redesigns. With our Sydney-based boutique and growing workshop team, we are looking for a passionate **Retail Manager** to lead our retail operations and help bring client dreams to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all day-to-day operations of the boutique retail store
- Provide a warm, high-end client experience including consultations, after-sales care, and custom order support
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve monthly KPIs
- Manage POS transactions, refunds, and cash handling procedures
- Liaise with designers, jewellers, and the workshop team to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Oversee inventory control and merchandising to ensure the store reflects the brand’s aesthetic
- Handle client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Support event preparation, in-store promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring retail environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
- Jewellery or luxury retail experience highly regarded
- Strong people management, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-detail environment
- Fluent English required; Mandarin skills are a bonus
- Proficient in POS systems and basic retail admin
- Willingness to work weekends and peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
