**Salesperson - MOVE Yoga (12-15 hours/week, warm leads, hot vibe)**

**This isn’t your average sales job. No cold calling. No hustle culture. Just genuine conversations with people already interested in saying yes to their health.**

MOVE Yoga - Melbourne CBD’s award-winning hot yoga studio - is on the lookout for a part-time **sales gun** to help us follow up with warm leads flowing in daily from our high-performing ads.

We’ve been around for 10+ years, run sold-out teacher trainings, and pack out 45+ weekly classes. All we need now? Someone to close the loop with curious yogis and help them say yes to their next chapter.

**The Role**
- **12-15 hours/week**:

- Must be available **Mon-Thurs from 3-6pm**, plus **3 flexible hours on the weekend**:

- **WFH-friendly** with real-time follow-up needed (don’t wait until your shift starts)
- **$30/hr base + juicy commissions**:

- Studio-based onboarding and training in Flinders Lane
- **All leads provided** - warm, ready, and waiting (no cold calling, no DMs, no door knocking)

You’ll be responding quickly, following a proven script, and helping people commit to our signature programs like the 28-Day Hot Yoga Kickstart. The leads are hot (literally) - you just need to guide them across the line.

**You Are**
- **Experienced in phone-based sales** (1+ year minimum)
- **Confident with scripts, KPIs and CRMs** - you follow through and follow up
- Living close to the **Melbourne CBD** (easy access to the studio)
- **Passionate about health, fitness, and yoga** (bonus points if you already practice)
- A **uni student or hybrid worker** with flexible hours and drive
- Ready to grow with the role - we’re expanding, and this could too
