**About the Opportunity**
- ECH is a seeking a dynamic Human Resources Advisor to provide generalist advisory and support services across a wide range of people programs and initiatives.
- The role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis until April 2025 to provide coverage for a parental leave period.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Services, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of a wide range of initiatives that ensure our employees are engaged and complaint. A developing knowledge of key industrial relations or employment law principles will ensure you can deliver on the roles’ requirements.
- You will work closely with Leaders and key stakeholders to deliver on workforce insights to inform decision making, while assisting in the delivery of key people metrics for cyclical reporting.
- The HR Advisor role will provide coordination and support to the broader People and Culture team on a wide range of people programs and key value-add initiatives.
**About You**
- Ideally, you will be a high-performing HR Advisor looking for the next opportunity to expand your skills or hone your understanding of the aged-care industry. You will have developing skills, knowledge and experience as a HR generalist and take an interest in expanding your IR / ER knowledge.
- It is a varied role; so you will need to manage your time effectively and actively demonstrate your ability to deliver on conflicting priorities.
- You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
